Humidity: Keep humanity at 40-50% for the first 18 days, then 65-75% for the final days. 


Ventilation: Your eggs need to breathe. Make sure that your eggs always have proper ventilation to live as they grow.

Step 2: Fill with Fertile Eggs


If you own a flock of chickens with a rooster, then it is likely that most of your eggs are fertilized. Therefore, collect your eggs as soon as possible and place them directly into your incubator. Do not rinse or clean your eggs. 

 

Step 3: Incubate

Hatching chicken eggs takes 21 days. Check your incubator before you place your eggs inside. It may be a good idea to run your chicken egg incubator hatcher for a full day before you place your eggs inside. 


Once the temperature is 99.5, place eggs inside; religiously check your eggs to make sure the temperature doesn’t drop. You may need to add water to your machine to keep the humidity right. Continuously check on your eggs and turn them if your device doesn’t do that for you.
