We have 2 sizes of dual-use prize wheel, one is 24'' and another is 36''. Both 2 are noticable and can help you draw attraction, you can use it for trade shows, carnivals, parties, supermarkets, etc.
For the 24'' dual-use prize wheels we have, when it is used as floor standing version, the height is 57 7/8'' (147cm). When it is used as tabletop version, the height is 31 11/16'' (80.5cm).
For the 36'' dual-use prize wheel we have, when it is used as floor standing version, the height is 75 3/16'' (191cm). When it is used as tabletop version, the height is 42 15/16'' (109cm).

Red pointers and pegs: Yes if the red pointers or the pegs of your 24'' or 36'' dual-use prize wheel (like YES2022, YES3521, YES2667, YES3681,YES3682) have been broken/lost, you can order a set of replacement red pointers & pegs, below are the link for your reference.

We understand that sometimes you need more slots to fit all the prizes in your giveaway. However, our prize wheels have a fixed number of holes for the pegs to go through. If you want to add more pegs, you may need to drill holes on the prize wheel's board and the clear acrylic top plate. Doing this can damage or destroy the board or the acrylic plate, and it will not be covered by our warranty. Therefore, we do not recommend drilling holes in the prize wheel to add more slots. If you need a prize wheel with more slots, you can order our Winspin 24" 18 Slot Tabletop Prize Wheel or Winspin 24" 18 Slot Dual-Use prize wheel, these 2 prize wheels have 18 slots.

The size of the prize wheel will depend on where you are using it and what you are using for. Here is an example of what the different sized Winspin prize wheels can be used for:
12'' /15'' Winspin prize wheel: If you have a very small space, you should consider these 2 sizes. Teachers often use these sizes in the classroom because they take up less room. If you are really limited on space and even a table top or free standing unit won't work , we also have a 12'' wall mounted version: WinSpin 12" Tabletop & Wall Mounted Prize Wheel
18'' Winspin prize wheel: This is great for a small store promotion, such as a florist, salon, etc.
24'' Winspin prize wheel: Most people buy this for their business events because this size is neither too big nor too small, and it is easy to transport to offsite business events and promotions. We have a dual-use prize wheel that can be used on a table or on the floor.
36'' Winspin prize wheel: This size is perfect for grabbing attention and drawing in a crowd. While not as easy to transport, the increase in foot traffic is worth the effort. It is perfect for trade shows and other business events where you would like to get more customer interaction. We have 2 types of 36'' Winspin dual-use prize wheel, one has 18 slots and the other has 12 slots.

To answer this, it is important to understand how the prize wheel makes the clicking sound. There are pegs installed on the prize wheel and when it is spun, the red pointer will hit the pegs, making the clicking sound. If the location you are using the prize wheel has rules against making noise, you can remove the red pointer. Please note that the point is also designed to add resistance to the spinning wheel, to reduce the spin time, so removing it will make the wheel spin longer.

Yes we have a water-based mark pen included in each prize wheel, so you can use it to write on the top plate of the prize wheel. The top plate is finished with acrylic boards for easier maintenance of writting and erasing. After writting, it is convenient and easy to erase contents with attached eraser according to your needs. If the pen runs out, please replace it with another water-base mark pen instead of other mark pens to avoid leaving unremoveable marks on the plate. If by any chance the mark is not coming off, you can try to wipe it with a small amount of alcohol.

To address these 2 common issues, we have 2 useful tools.
First is the WinSpin Letter Size Acrylic Holder. This is a transparent display that can hold your business cards, brochures, and flyers. When customers are spinning the prize wheel and waiting for it to stop, your logo, slogan, or anything else that highlights your brand can be displayed in their field of vision. It is a very helpful tool to display your brand and allows your customers to take one of the items if they are interested.
Second is the WinSpin 8x9.5 in Acrylic Tray . This tray is designed to hold the marker pen and/or dry eraser. Since it mounts to the prize wheel, you could also place your business card or other things that can represent your company on this tray.

The installation is easy and simple. The dual-use prize wheel contains a middle connector piece, which is used when you connect the top and bottom poles for the floor stand. In our instruction manual, it is referred to as the "extension pack holder". There are grooves on the middle connector, and you can slide the metal head of the acrylic holder into one of the grooves, then fasten the screw on the back of the acrylic holder.
