This 660lbs Stainless Steel Digital Postal Platform Scale can be used both indoors and outdoors. There are two battery compartments on both side of the monitor, install two AA batteries (not included) on both sides respectively. You can also connect the power cord and power adapter to the monitor and plug the power adapter into a power socket as the power supply. It comes with an attached storage box for storing the display and power cord, making it easy to transport.

It features a Precision Mode for accurate weighing and a High-Capacity Mode for heavy load weighing and allows you to switch to different capacities with different readability.
It also has 3 selective units in Kilograms, Pounds, and Ounces. The weight capacity of the scale is 660 lbs. (300 kg). The minimum load is 500g (1.1lbs). It can be used to weigh anything but we recommend that you do not exceed the weight capacity. Excessive weight will cause permanent damage to the product and will affect the accuracy.
The C/R button is for switching weighing modes. (Precision Mode & High-Capacity Mode). It features Precision Mode for accurate weighing and High-Capacity Mode for heavy loads weighing. It also allows you to switch to different capacities with different readability. The PCS button is the pieces counting function.
It comes with an attached storage box for storing the display and power cord, making it easy to transport. It is perfect for post offices, food industries, electronics, mines, medical industries, agriculture, textiles, etc.

300kg Digital Scale: What to do if the resulte is not accurate

If your reading is not accurate, you can try to do:
1. Please check if all four legs are balanced and if the scale's surface is level. The inaccuracy might result from imbalance of the scale.
2. Every time before you weigh an object, wait until the readings return back to '0.00'. If the readings do not return to '0.00' after a long time, adjust the balance of the legs.
3. Restart the scale to see if it could solve the problem.
4. Calibrate the scale. Please pressing down the 'MODE' and 'ON/OFF" button at same once time and wait 1-2 seconds, then it will display E-100. When it displays E-100, the initial recalibrated weigh is 100kg and the screen will display 'E-100','E-50','E-25' while each time pressing down the 'MODE' button, which represent the recalibrated weighs are 100kg,50kg and 25kg. Choose the required recalibrated weigh like 100kg (the screen is displaying'E-100' now), and put a 100kg object on the weighing platform. When the screen displays 'GOOD' and turns off automatically, it means the calibration is finished. When you do the calibration, we recommend you put the calibrated weight at one time.

Check if all parts received
It's recommended to firstly check if the package is in good condition and if all parts are received after you receive your package. The package includes the parts as follow:
Digital Scale x1;Leg s4;Power Adapter x1;Power Cord x1
Notice: please be remember to open the bottom cover of the scale to take out the monitor, power cord and power adapter. Meanwhile, the monitor is connected to the scale, never pull its wire with too much force.
Installation of the item
After we confirm that all parts are received, we can then start to assemble the item.
Firtly, install 4 legs onto their corresponding locations under the scale.Ensure that scale is level before weighing by loosening or fastening the legs.
Then you can install the battery. There are two battery compartments on both side of the monitor, install two AA batteries (not included) on both sides respectively. (If the scale is not to be used for over a month, remove the batteries.)
Lastly, you can also connect the power cord and power adaptor to the monitor and plug the power adaptor to a power socket as power supply.
Operation Instruction
Here's a brief introduction of each function keys.
Weighing
1. When ready to use, turn the scale back on. The display will flash for 2 or 3 seconds, and then it will register '0.00'. Once the '0.00' appears, the scale is ready for use.
2. Units Switch Function: Turn on the scale and wait until the screen displays '0', and the initial unit is 'kg'. Press down the 'MODE' button to switch the unit. Once per pressing down, the unit will switch from one unit to the next unit, and the order of the units is 'kg'-'oz'-'lb'

Display "H"
If the display of scale is showing a letter "H", it means that the weighed object excedds the scale's weight capacity. Please be attention that the weighting Range of the scalr is 330 lbs (150 kg)~ 660 lbs (300 kg). Never place objects exceeding the capacity of the scale on the weighing platform. If the scale is overloaded too much, it will be damaged and the damage thus caused is not covered by the warranty.
Display "E"
If the display of scale is showing a letter "E", it means that it is time to replace the batteries. Please replace two AA batteries (not included) on both sides respectively. (If the scale is not to be used for over a month, remove the batteries.)

In this case, please test the scale in the following way:
place a standard weight on the platform, and if the positive or negative difference exceeds the difference allowed as specified in the technical specifications of the weight, please recalibrate the scale according to as follows.
1. Recalibration Function: press down the 'MODE' and 'ON/OFF button at same once time to turn the appliance on.
2. When it displays E1-25, the initial recalibrated weigh is 25kg and the screen will display 'E1-25','E2-50','E3-100' while each time pressing down the 'MODE' button, which represent the recalibrated weighs are 25kg,50kg and 100kg .
3. Choose the required recalibrated weigh like 50kg (the screen is displaying'E2-50' now), and the put the 50kg counterpoises on the weighing platform.
4. Wait until the screen displays 'GOOD', and then the scale turns off automatically. The recalibration is finished now.

300kg Digital Scale: What to do if the LCD display does not work

If the LCD display has no function and nothing shown on the screen, please try the following step for inspection.
1. Connect it with the adapter and plug it into the socket to see if there's anything shown on the screen.
2. If it does not work, please unplug it and try to see if it can display on the battery.
If,after trying all the above troubleshooting options, the LCD display is still not working, the LCD may be broken. In this case, please contact our customer service for further action.

Please try calibration again according to the following precautions:
1. Before calibration, pay attention to check whether the foot at the bottom has been adjusted and balanced.
2. During calibration, the weight shall be added at one time. If they are added separately, the interval should be as short as possible, otherwise the weight added first will be wrongly judged as the calibration point, resulting in large errors. Therefore, it is necessary to add the calibrated weight at one time.
