What kind of sauna tent should i choose?

We have two types of saunas: a portable sauna and a fast-folding sauna. Both sauna tents can be replaced.
Portable saunas include: YES4994, YES4995, YES2335, YES4951, YES1130, YES1129. Replaceable sauna tent: YES1456, YES1455
Fast fold saunas include: YES4996, YES4997. Replaceable sauna tent: YES4997
The portable sauna is for single person use. The frame needs to be assembled before use. The Fast Fold Sauna is a one-piece tent with a fast set up and can fold up and accommodate two people at the same time. One can enjoy a foot spa and the other can enjoy a whole-body spa. In addition to the different assembly methods the biggest difference between the two is the steam pot. The steam pot for the Portable Sauna has an LCD screen and remote control that allows you to adjust the temperature and time. The steam pot of the Fast-Folding Sauna has a dial that allows you to adjust the time. You can choose the right sauna according to your needs and budget.

How to install the Sauna for Home Spa?

This portable sauna can be assembled in 3 easy steps. Simply set up the frame, place the mat, steam box, foot rest, and the chair into the cover and then connect the steam box to the cover. There will be a middle bar in front of the frame, normally you can bend over to get in and out of the sauna. But for people who are taller, you may need to disassemble the front bar to get in and reassemble it when you are in. In addition to easy installation, cleaning and maintenance are also very easy. The cover tent is fully washable for easy maintenance and repeated use. As for cleaning the other parts of the item, you can wipe them down with a damp cloth.
The fast fold sauna comes with a one-piece tent which is easy to store and transport. It takes less than a minute to set up or take down. The package does not come with a chair, you can put a chair about 11.8 in. (30cm) high inside the tent to enjoy a whole-body sauna experience. Please don't use a metal chair, as there is risk of scalding. We recommend disconnecting the power after use and wiping it clean with a damp cloth after 15 minutes of cooling down. Do not clean the product with water directly.
Please note that after each use, you must dry the sauna cover before you can use it again. A detailed step-by-step installation manual is included within the package. For safety we recommend reading the instructions carefully before use, and paying particular attention to the Safety Instructions section. How effective are sauna tents?

The sauna can contribute to your beauty routine, as well as help you relax. It promotes weight loss and increases blood circulation. Note that while it does help with weight loss, it is not used for quick weight loss, nor should it replace healthy diet and exercise habits.

Do you sell replacement parts for sauna tent?

The portable saunas and fast fold saunas have different package contents.
The portable sauna includes: 1x Sauna Kit, 1x Steam Pot, 1x Folding Chair, 1x Remote Control, 1x Mat, 1x Anti-bending Spring, 1x Steam Tube, 1x Carrying Bag, 1x Herbal Box with Steam Tube and 1x Manual.
The fast fold sauna includes: 1x Sauna Kit, 1x Steam Pot, 1x Herbal Box with Steam Pipe, 1x Steam Pipe and 1x Manual.
When receiving your package, inspect and ensure that all package contents are received. Contact us if any parts are missing and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. We currently do not sell spare parts separately but may do so in the future according to the needs of our customers. If you wish to order parts, you may contact us but keep in mind that a valid order placed with our store is required and we will help you order parts from our supplier.

About Our Sauna Tent Warranty

To make the item's service life longer, please always keep the product clean and in good condition. We offer a 30-day return and 90-day part/replacement warranty. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions concerning the item. Please don't worry that we will also try our best to help you solve the problem even if the warranty has expired.

How to Enjoy the Sauna?

The portable sauna is designed to fit one person only. It is not recommended for more than one person to use. A chair is included in the package that allows one person to sit in the tent. The weight capacity of the chair is 190lbs (90kg). You may use your own chair as an alternative.
The fast fold sauna is suitable for two-person use. One may put a chair inside the tent and have a full body sauna, while the other person can put his legs into the tent to use as a foot spa. Note that the chair is not included, and we recommend not using any metal material to avoid scalding. We also recommend that the height to be 11.8 in. (30cm) If the sauna is being used by only one person for a full body sauna, please close the holes by tightening the drawstrings located on the left side of the sauna tent cover.
You may use tap water to fill in the steamer pot and add your favorite essential oils for fragrance or aromatherapy. You also have the option to wrap herbs or flowers in a gauze bag and insert into the steamer or steam pot. For safety reasons, it is not recommended to put your face in the sauna as it may cause suffocation and scalds. There are no restrictions on where you may use the sauna, but just ensure the location has a flat surface and be attentive to electrical safety.

Why was there water under the tent and steam box after using the sauna?

Since it is a steam sauna, it is normal for the sauna cover or steam pot to have a small amount of condensation after use. To clean, power off the unit and allow it to cool down for 15 minutes. Then use a damp cloth to wipe it down. Please note that after each use, you must dry the sauna before using again.

Tips for using sauna tent right.

The maximum temperature on all saunas is 149°F (65°C). The steamer is quiet, and sounds similar to a kettle boiling water.
The portable sauna has 6 automatic timer preferences and 9 level temperature adjustments. You have the option to set the timer directly on the steamer operation panel or with the remote control. We recommend preheating with P9, then lowering it to P5 before entering the sauna.
The fast fold sauna has 1 knob with a 6-level timer control to customize your sauna time. You may set the timer through the control panel on the steam pot. Please kindly note that the temperature cannot be adjusted. If you feel that it's too hot, simply disconnect the power to let it cool down. We recommend setting the time to 60 minutes and preheating for about 25 minutes before use.

What materials is a sauna made of?

The steam tent is made of cotton, with a waterproof coating, preventing steam and heat loss. The inside of the steamer pot is made of 304 stainless steel which has a higher corrosion resistance than regular steel, and can be used at high temperatures. The voltage of the sauna is 110 V, 60 Hz and the power is 800 W. It is perfect for home use and RV travel.
The inner frame of the portable sauna is made of steel which provides a stable structure and is corrosion resistant. The poles of the fast hold sauna are made of plastic, making it light and easy to transport.

How big is a portable sauna?

The overall Dimension (L x W x H) of the portable sauna is 31 1/2" x 26" x 39 3/4" (80 x 66 x 101 cm). The shipping dimension (L x W x H) is 15 3/4" x 15 3/4"x 13 3/8" (40 x 40 x 34 cm).
The overall Dimension (L x W x H) of the fast fold sauna is 30 5/16" x 34 1/4" x 39 3/4" (77 x 87 x 101 cm). The shipping dimension (L x W x H) is 30 5/16" x 12 3/8'' x 8 7/8" (77 x 31.5 x 22.5 cm).

Safety Instructions of Sauna Tent

When using the product, please be sure there are no bends in the tubing as that will block the steam (see picture). Any bends in the tubing can cause pressure to build and pop the tubing off, making the steam leak. This can cause severe burns and scalding. Make sure the steam tubes are straight. If you find that they are bent, turn off the power and let them thoroughly cool down before you adjust their positions. The steamer needs to dissipate heat during use, be sure not to place it on the cover, otherwise it may cause the steamer to overheat and catch fire.
