What kind of knee scooter do you have?

We have two types of knee scooter available. The first is the basic model(YES3322), which features an adjustable handbrake and a rear on-wheel brake, which deliver excellent stability and control. The handlebar is adjustable from 32 5/16" to 40 9/16", and the knee platform from 16 9/16" to 20 11/16".
The second is the upgraded model(YES4828) with 12" diameter All Terrain air filled rubber tires, designed to easily traverse grass, carpet, sidewalks, gravel and dirt with incredible ease and agility. It features disc brakes, which provide more sensitive control and immediate stopping, and a parking brake, for keeping the walker in place to protect you from accidental falls. The handlebar is adjustable from 36 7/16" to 43 9/16", the knee platform from 18 1/2" to 24 13/16".
Both scooters can be folded for convenient storage and transportation, indoors or outdoors. Folded, it can be placed under a desk or in a car, bus, or cab. Both models come with FDA certification, providing a reliable and safe ride. It is ideal for individuals recovering from a broken foot, broken ankle, broken leg, ankle surgery, leg amputation, other lower leg injuries or medical condition, such as ulcers.

How do you assemble a knee scooter?

The setup of the knee scooter is easy, and only takes a few steps to complete. You don't need any tools or extra materials since all parts are included. The basket is detachable, and the front pole can be folded for convenient storage and transportation, both indoors and outdoors. When folded, it can be placed under a desk or into a car, bus, or cab. Please do not stand or sit on the product, since it may affect the stability and weight capacity of the product. A detailed step-by-step installation manual is included. If you need the manual, or have any additional questions, comments, or concerns about the installation process, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Can I order parts for knee scooter?

When receiving your package, inspect and ensure that all package contents are included. Contact us if any parts are missing or damaged and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. We currently only have the Knee Walker Pad Cover Replacement for sale, the SKU# is YES1988. If you require any other parts, you may contact us but keep in mind that a valid order placed with our store is required and we will help you order parts from our supplier. Without a valid order, we are unable to process and send parts.

Are knee scooters comfortable?

The dimension of the seat size (L x W x H) of the basic model(YES3322) is 14 3/8" x 7 1/16" x 2 3/8" (36.5 x 18 x 6 cm). The dimension of the seat size (L x W x H) of the upgraded model(YES4828) is 14 3/16" x 6 11/16" x 2 3/4" (36 x 17 x 7 cm). Both seats are made of soft polyurethane with an ergonomic design, which allows you to place your leg parallel and perpendicular to the seat. They are ideal for small children, patients, and adults recovering from injury or surgery to the foot, ankle, or lower leg.

How do I choose a knee scooter?

You need a scooter made to withstand your weight. Using a scooter that cannot hold your weight can damage the scooter and possibly cause injury. Make sure to check the knee scooter weight limit to meet your needs.
