Is this rope light safe to keep under water, to install around edge of swimming pool???

This rope light can only work on AC 110V and it can not convert to lower voltage, so it is not safe to keep it underwater or install it at the edge of the swimming pool. But this rope light comes with IP65 water-resistance, UL certificated plug and power cable, which can make sure it is safe for some other outdoor scenarios other than the swimming pool, such as layout and decoration.

More than two light strips are installed in the same area, but they operate at different speeds.

For this problem, it is recommended to try this first: In the dynamic mode of the light strip, press the brightness adjustment button on the remote control to adjust the flashing speed until all the light strips run at the same speed.If it does not work, hope you can kindly contact our customer service team and provide a video recording of the light strips operating at different speeds. This will help us for further analysis and please rest assured that we will assist you to solve the problem.

The rope light does not have a memory function. Every time you turn on the light, it will return to the default mode, and you will need to select your desired mode. This flexible strip light is double sided and contains 60 RGB LED bulbs per meter! The included remote controls the operation, brightness, colors and different modes. You can easily create designs, words, or just use it as backlighting.

For the cool white, it is recommended that the lighting time should not exceed 24 hours; for other monochrome colors, it is recommended the lighting time should not exceed one week.
Note: When the cool white of light is working, all three chips inside the lamp bead are on at the same time, so the working heat will be larger; when other monochrome colors are on, only one chip inside the bead is working, so the working heat is smaller. Therefore, the recommended lighting time is different.

No, it does not fit. These mounting channels are suitable for mounting LED Neon Flex Strip Light with flat base (Width from 0.51" to 0.59" & 0.59" Height).
Also we currently do not have mounting channels for this rope light for sale.

Can LED lights be used in low temperature and humid places? Like hockey fields?

We do not recommend using the lights in low temperature and humid environments. When used in a low temperature, humid environment, the LED lamp beads are susceptible to moisture and cannot be lit again. Additionally, the series or parallel connection of the damp LED lamp beads may short circuit and cause a fire. It is not recommended to use them after they have become damp.

Yes, you can plug in the LED controller at the house and then extend the wire from the LED controller to the DELight Neon Rope Light. We also have the replacement controller for sale, if you need, please click here to take a look. Remote Control with IR remote controller can only be used as replacement remote and controller for DELight neon rope light, which allows for easy adjustment of light brightness and mode via controller.

A single controller can connect to 98ft of neon rope light, (30m) which means that two 50ft neon light strips can be connected on one controller. Two controllers are required if you want to connect 200ft.
We do sell the controllers separately. The LED Neon Rope Light is only available in monochrome, we can not program dual colors at the same time. You can choose from sixteen different, ten levels of brightness from 1% to 100% and four dynamic modes including strobe, flash, fade, & solid.
Monochrome Colors: Choose from 16 monochrome colors. Press button R(Red), G(Green), B (Blue) and W (White) and the light will present the according color. Press the other 12 buttons to present the according monochrome color.
