I bought Aquaterior kitchen faucet and would like to install now, do you have any tips for wasy installation?

For daily maintence, we recommend that please clean the surface of the product with a piece of cloth and non-abrasive faucet specialized cleaner at regular intervals.
The installation tips, for the details you could refer to user manual in the package:
1. Please make sure you got all parts for the item, you could refer to our listing or user manual.
2. Switch off the main water supply first before installation.
3. The rubber gaskets and rubber rings have already been preinstalled in their corresponding locations, except for the ones mentioned in the following steps. It is not necessary to install them again. The ones in the plastic package are for spare use.

After purchasing this with the add on faucet, in find it is too long. Where can I purchase a shorter one for replacing?

Yes, you could buy an add one faucet in short length then replace. You could buy this part in local stores, like Home Depot. Please kindly note that the faucet hole size is M22*15. Our faucets are with double lever handles for conveniently adjusting water temperature and flow rate; Valve to control sprayer, lever handle on the middle for opening and closing add-on faucet individually.

My faucet has leaked since installing, how could I fix this issue?

1. Close the main valve of the faucet and remove the main body of the faucet.
2. Check whether the hot water inlet of the faucet is blocked by impurities, and whether there is any gasket deformation that blocks the water inlet.
3. If there is no abnormality at the water inlet, please use the spare parts of the product, remove the handle, remove the lock nut, you can see the valve core, check whether there are impurities and gaskets at the water inlet and outlet of the valve core out of shape.

The Uniform Plumbing Code(UPC) and Canadian Uniform Plumbing Code(cUPC) are the designated American and Canadian national standards, respectively. They design these codes to provide consumers with safe and sanitary plumbing systems. Commercial construction projects, as well as many residential construction projects, normally require specified products to be certified.
All Aquaterior bathroom faucets and sinks are CUPC certified, facilitating their use in all types of projects.

Can I remove the sprayer and connect the hose with a dishwasher?

No, please kindly note that the water hose does not fit a dishwasher. You have to connect another hose for the dishwasher specially.
