Air Cooler: Will this unit cool a tent/patio/outsides/ using a generator?How cold does this make the room? Fully loaded with ice packs, etc. would this be able to keep a small room cool?

Our fan has 3 different modes: Normal Mode, Natural Mode and Sleep mode. The manual provides instructions on how to set up each mode. This fan comes with 4 ice packs, allowing you to swap them when they are no longer cold, giving you the ability to cool your space regardless of the ambient temperature. Aside from your home, you can use it in the office, a dorm room, or even an RV.
Please kindly note that this machine is not an air conditioner, so it just provides cool wind instead of actually reducing room temperature.
For your reference, the CFM is 3.9 m3/min. If you're searching the one with stronger wind (12.3 m3/min), you could search withitem# YES4393; and we also have the third choice(5 m3/min), item# YES3289. For a stronger model that still operates quietly, we recommend item# YES4393. The fans have a 100% copper motor which reduces energy loss for higher efficiency, which lowers your electricity bill and lengthens the lifespan. It also keeps the noise low, making it ideal for use in an office space or while sleeping.

To get the fan to blow cool air, freeze the ice packs for 8 hours before adding them to the fan. During the first use, if the machine is making noise, please check the attached video. It is possible that the item was shaken or jostled during shipment. The video provides clear instructions to resolve this issue. If the fan only blows on one side, please verify that you have the fan set to sweep by pressing the 'swing' button. If you need assistance after pressing it, please attach strips of paper to the fan (to show wind direction) and provide us with a short video showing the issue.
With the remote control and touch screen, a simple tap is all you need to adjust the fans speed, mode, or timer. The time maxes out at 7.5 hours, so do not worry about leaving the fan on. Air Cooler: Can filter and pads be cleaned or must they be replaced? Can you buy the ice packs to have extra ones?

Our ice packs are reusable. After adding water and freezing the ice packs for 8 hours, you can place them in the fan to have it blow cool air. The four ice packs improve cooling and humidifying performance; the Louvers design with auto left-right swing in 120?? and manual up-down swing evenly spread cool air, making the fan perfect for using in the home, office, or dorm. Please note, this is not an air conditioner, it does not have filter parts or pads, but it can be used as a fan or humidifier.

The CFM for this fan is 3.9 m3/min. If you're looking for a powerful fan with quiet operation, we recommend item# YES4393, which has a Sleeping mode. Our fan comes with 4 icepacks, allowing you to alternate them and keep the fan blowing cool air. The fan also features Louver's design with auto left- to-right oscillation (120??) and manual up and down movement to evenly spread cool air throughout your space. Our fan is perfect for using in your home, office, or dorm.

Remote Control Air Cooler: What to do with an extensive water leakage?

There are a few reasons that a leak could happen. We have included a few troubleshooting tips below:
Damaged water tank:
Please check if there is any damage on the body of the water tank. If you are not sure, you can fill it with water and place it on a towel for a few minutes. If the towel becomes wet, it means the water tank is leaking. Please note in the picture below the notch where the bucket connects with the cooler. This spot is the most likely to fail, so be sure to check that it is in good condition.
Loose connection or damaged water hoses:
1. Take off the black plastic case which holds the green filter on the back of the cooler by removing the 2 screws with a Phillips-head screwdriver.
2. You should not be able to see inside the machine. Please put water in the water tank above the minimum water line. Turn on the cooler and press the "cool" button.
Water should start flowing through the connection. At this time, please check if there is any leak on the inside or outside of the cooler body.
3. If there is a leak or water flowing at any other place that the water hose connection, the connections could be loose or the water hoses could be damaged. Please TURN OFF THE COOLER AND REMOVE THE POWER CORD. Then take off the back cover of the cooler by removing the screws with a Phillips-head screwdriver. Please be careful and make sure not to break the cover when taking it off.
4. First, check if there is any damage or defect on the water hose. You can gently squeeze different spots on the hose. If water droplets show, it means the hose is defective and needs to be replaced. Cut off the zip ties, being careful not to damage the wires. Remove the connection from the hose to the water output and connector, then firmly re-connect and re-tighten the new hose to the water output and connector, with zip ties. Finally, connect the hose and wires with zip ties so that they are not loose. A loose hose or loose wires can get into the motor and be a safety hazard.
5. If the hose is intact, please check the hose connection to the water output. If it is loose, please remove the hose from the output and take off the zip tie. Re-connect and re-tighten them firmly with a new tie.

Is there any information about CFU rating?

We do not have any information about CFU rating. For air cooler and cooling fan, one of the most important ratings is CFM. We have included CFM rating of each fan in the description. If you need more information that is not on the

Why water line does not move after 8 hours cooling mode?

It does not mean the fan or cooling mode does not work at all. It is normal that the water line does not move obviously without leaking or volitilization in this short time. Cause the water in the tank is pumped to the top of the fan and then returned to the water tank.

Why strange lound noise on the inside while working?

Wind wheel sharft sleeve could be fell off during shipping and that's the most reason why strange lound noise occurr while working. Given this situation, please refer to the video and check if the wind wheel shaft sleeve moved. If so, please correctly install the wind wheel sharft sleeve back in place. You could also contact customer service for help if you don't know how to.

What is the return policy on the fan? Water tank came broken is there replacement I can buy?
