The Towel Warmer took an entire hour to heat up two towels to be warm enough. Is it malfunctioning?

1. When our towel warmer is vacant (no towels inside) and heated, the temperature of the machine is able to reach 70~80 degrees.
2. Heating wet towels for about 30 minutes, the towel temperature can reach 65~70 degrees (external towel temperature); the temperature of the towel placed outside will be higher, and the temperature of the towel placed in the middle will be slightly lower.
3. Heating dry towels, the temperature can reach 65~75 degrees after 20 minutes; the outer towel can reach 70~80 degrees. But after opening the cabinet, take the towel out to test the temperature, the temperature of the towel will actually drop a little.
4. After opening the cabinet, the temperature of the towel will conduct heat transfer with the outside temperature, and the actual temperature of the towel will drop. For the actual temperature data, it is recommended to put a probe inside the cabinet to test, which will be more accurate.

How long is the power cord for the towel warmer? Can it be used outdoor?

The power cord of the towel warmer is 70 7/8" (180cm). It can be used outdoors, and the sunlight will not affect the use of the machine. When using it outdoors, please pay attention to protecting it from rain and the safety of electrical sockets. 5L Towel Warmer: The power light goes on for a few mins then goes off, is this normal?

For this towel warmer, when the inside temperature reaches the preset temperature, the power light will turn off automatically and enter the preservation mode. When the inside temperature is lower than the preset temperature, it will start heating again and the power light will turn on automatically. In this case, you can turn off the power button and take out the towels to check if the towels are warm. If the towels are warm, it means the towel warmer is working properly. If the towels are still cold, please kindly contact the customer support and we will try our best to fix the issue for you.

What is the best way to put towels in Towel Warmer?

We recommend rolling up the towels and placing them in a pyramid in the towel warmer. Please note that the towel should not touch the inner wall of the warmer. If the towel touches the inner wall of the warmer, it may burn the towel and is a fire hazard.

The power light on the 5L Towel Warmer goes off automatically

The power button light of the product will actually go off after reaching a certain heating temperature. After the product temperature drops and the heating is turned on again, the power button light will turn on again. It is recommended to wait until the temperature of the machine cools down, and then try it again.
If it still does not work, please help to disassemble the back panel of the product to check whether the internal insulation cotton is damp or whether the internal wiring is loose. Hope you can kindly contact us and provide relevant inspection pictures or videos, which will help us to further analyze and solve the problem for you.

5L Towel Warmer has melted part inside and smells like burnt plastic.

For our 5L Towel Warmer, if you smell an unpleasant odor during use and find melted parts inside, please stop using it.
In fact, we have several customers who reported this situation to us before, for your reference, some pictures of related problems are attached below. We have forwarded the problem and pictures to our supplier for further confirmation, inferring that there is a short circuit in the internal wiring, and it has been damaged beyond repair.
We attach great importance to this safety hazard issue and have discussed it with the supplier. The good news is that the manufacturer said the problem can be solved from the root, that is, the internal wiring of the product can be improved accordingly. They did produce a new version, and the products currently on sale are all new batches with improved wiring to ensure this situation will not happen again. So we recommend that you consider purchasing a new one and no need to worry anymore!
