The twist lock system allows you to customize the height of the flagpole for different uses. Set up only takes a couple minutes! Simply insert the pole into the base, adjust the height and attach the flag. It also features two 360 degree rotatable rings which keep the flag from being tangled during use. The upper ring is pre-mounted on the flagpole to save installation time. The bottom ring can be easily adjusted to any position & fastened with a knob.
If you have difficulty installing the plastic tube to the pole, you can use a hammer or other tool.
