Party Tent: How do I set up the non-pop up tent?

Please refer to the user manual which is included with the tent, as the instructions may differ depending on the model. The user manual will direct you to set the tent up step-by-step.To attach the canopy, there is velcro at the corners of the fabric for wrapping and fixing on the legs.

How can I set up the wedding party canopy properly?

To set up the wedding party canopy, it's recommended to have at least 2 or 3 people to help, which will make it easier to set up. Here are tips for installation:
1. Distinguish each pole number (refer to the user manual).
2. Install the frame top by connecting pipe (1) to pipe (2) and a B type joint together.
3. Install the frame top to the frame base.
4. We highly recommended that you insert hooks into the holes on the pipes to secure the frame. If there is light wind is light, the hooks will hold it in place, if there is strong wind is strong the tent should be taken down and stored.
Our wedding party canopy does not require tools to set up and can be set up on decks, driveways, lawns, and so on.

Can the windows for wedding party canopy be taken down or out? Can I purchase some extra sidewalls for this canopy?

The window cannot be removed; however, it is transparent and can be looked through. It's great for parties/backyard events/paint booth, etc. The top and sidewalls are made of polyethylene (PE) which are both UV and water resistant
Currently, we do not sell extra sidewalls. If you're interested in purchasing extra sidewalls, please feel free to contact us and we can contact the supplier and order them for you. Please note that you are liable for the cost of the item plus shipping. Also note that we do not recommend using the tent is inclement weather.

Would it be ok to use a heater for winter parties? Is the wedding party canopy waterproof?

We do not recommend to have any fire sources in the tent, as the material is not fireproof. The wedding party canopy is made with High Quality durable waterproof polyethylene cover & ??32/24/18 Steel Tube. It can be conveniently carried and are perfect for many outdoor needs. Ideal for commercial or recreational use - parties, weddings, flea markets, etc. Evacuation of tents is recommended in these or other unsafe conditions.
According to our customer feedbacks, they also say that it's perfect for them to use as a paint booth. They're not designed to be left up for long periods and can't handle the same kind of abuse as regular gazebos. Please be sure all equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather. Tents are temporary structures designed to handle most normal weather conditions.

For the wedding party canopy, could I know where I could buy the replacement parts?

We do not offer replacement parts for this canopy for now, but if you need, please feel free to let us know as we could assist you to order from our supplier. To prolong the service life, we do not recommend to use the tent when there is a strong wind or under bad weather (Baseboard with holes'bad weather). Should you meet any issue for our canopy, please kindly contact our customer support team.

For the wedding party canopy, is it water proof?

Yes, the wedding party canopy is water proof. The roof & sidewalls are made of PE and UV-resistant, it's ideal for outdoor use. The extra straight fittings for stably securing the connection between tubes; Baseboard with holes for inserting stakes to ensure stability when using on the lawn, can use with sand bags (not included) to add extra stability.
