- Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team and will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will primarily be in charge of processing orders, communicating with customers and vendors, maintaining databases, and providing outstanding customer service. You must also be sales driven and able to initiate a transaction and communicate with clients professionally.
- Responsibilities:
- Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads
- Researches customer’s individual or business purchase needs
- Resolves customer complaints and queries
- Submits purchase orders
- Completes market research and monitors competitor activity
- Makes recommendations for the customer
- Process sales invoices and reports with great energy and attitude.
- Process daily orders and special orders accurately and timely;
- Provide administrative assistance and sales support to the Sales Manager
- Maintain client databases.
- Send and reply to emails.
- Monitor alterations and shipments.
- Assist inventory control for the shipping department.
- Assist Manager for Accounts Receivable
- Other assignments needed in the office or arranged by the manager
- Requirements:
- Team-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, able to multi-task, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and possess great people skills.
- Computer savvy, proficient in Excel (V-Lookup)
- 1-year of Sales Experience
