1. Controller

- Responsibilities:

  • Oversee corporate financial, capital planning, and budgeting activities; ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements and annual audits and annual budgets.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor appropriate internal controls and policies to ensure operational efficiency, and conformance and compliance with U.S. GAAP and other statutory requirements.
  • Oversee corporate income tax compliance to ensure the accurate and timely completion of all corporate income tax returns taking full advantage of all favorable tax codes.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, budgets, cash flow projections and financial reports.

- Requirement:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Administrative Studies or related fields; courses taken in Corporate Finance, and Financial and Managerial Accounting

2. Logistic Manager

- Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, implement and monitor the monthly/annual freight budget with support from Purchasing Director. Develop, implement, and maintain a robust transportation system such that the company can deliver products directly to customers in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute transportation procedures and proactively identify transportation/documentation compliance issues and initiate corrective action as necessary.
  • Frequently check freight rates for domestic and international shipments and negotiate service rates with new potential carriers and negotiate existing rates with existing carriers. Compile and analyze historical shipping/freight data to monitor trends and help develop bid packages
  • Maintaining daily communication with our third-party warehouse on inventory and shipping to ensure information is consistent across all inventory relevant system.
  • Performs analysis of weekly and monthly Logistics key performance metrics (transportation costs, freight cost per ton, freight cost to Net Sales, etc.) , to ensure best rates and service.
  • Identify inefficiencies in logistics and implement initiatives to improve service, cost and efficiency.
  • Ensure orders are efficiently processed in a timely manner.

- Requirements:

  • 3 years management with logistics or warehouses.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute transportation procedures and proactively identify transportation/documentation compliance issues and initiate corrective action as necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and team building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to keep up with pace to meet shipping and receiving deadlines.
  • Experience with both domestic and international shipping software, i.e. Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems preferred.
  • Experience in trucking negotiations across the USA preferred.

3. Warehouse Manager

- Job Duties:

  • Participates in the hiring process for the warehouse team.
  • Warehouse cost control.
  • Manages the inbound and outbound schedule to ensure a cost-effective process and completion of the job.
  • Ensures accurate inventory through cycle counts, variance research, proper and documented adjustments.
  • Oversees the partnership with LTL (less than a load) providers including cost control, damage claim rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Directs in-bound and out-bound inventories, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient storage and utilization of products.
  • Responsible for performance management, training, and coaching
  • Works with logistics and equipment service companies to maintain equipment.
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assists in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.
  • Build and foster teams, gain commitment from others and effectively manage the decision-making process.
  • Provide plans for warehouse improvement and implement the plan to see the result.
  • Other tasks as assigned to meet company needs.

- Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of warehouse management experience with a team of 20+ people, and in a leadership role managing a team
  • Strong communication skills including the desire to develop and lead a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Required (Word, Excel, Access, Lotus Notes)
  • Proficiency in warehouse equipment (forklift, order picker, pallet jacks)

- Salary: $21.50 to $22.50 /hour
