Daily Maintenance
1. Disconnect the power and wait until the appliance cools down thoroughly. Wipe it with a damp cloth or sponge.
2. Use only mild, non-abrasive detergent if needed.

4. Do not store items on top of unit.

1. This item is suitable for the magnetic pan whose diameter is 12-26 cm.
2. The cookware must be even, without any protrusions or low spots; any gaps where the two surfaces meet (less than 0.2mm or 0.078 in) will block the flow of electricity and prevent an induction cooktop from properly functioning.
3. If you are unsure if your cookware is magnetized or non-magnetized stainless steel, you can use a magnet to see if it could stick to your cookware. If it could, it means that the cookware will work on the cooktop. The bottom surface of your cookware must be made of ferrous magnetic material. And the cookware must touch the cooker or rise no more than 1 inch above the cooktop surface.

The item you are viewing is only compatible with industrial socket which can support product with 3500W power. It may not be suitable for the power socket in household. If the item showed that "E3" error code once you powered it on, we assume that the sensor inside may be damaged.
