Are there any Proposition 65/lead warnings of Treadmill?

Our treadmills are lead-free and have no other harmful substances or elements. Please feel free to buy and use as they are in compliance with the standards.

Is there a way to convert from km/h to mph on the LCD display of Treadmill?

Since the unit of the treadmill has been set when leaving the factory, it cannot be changed.
For the treadmills we are currently selling, except for YES4199/YES4200, which is in miles, all other models are in kilometers.
In MPH : YES4199 / YES4200
In KM/H : YES5176 / YES5177 / YES1112 / YES2001

The belt of the treadmill keeps moving from right to the left.

Treadmill belt can be adjusted. Please follow the instructions below or YouTube video to adjust the belt.

Do I need to lubricate the running belt before using the Treadmill for the first time?

Our Folding Treadmill comes with 1x lubricant (silicone oil). It is not necessary to use lubricant before the first use. After using it for a period of time, if you feel the running belt is not so smooth, then you need to use the lubricant to maintain the running belt.
Usage of Silicone Oil:
Pull up tightly on the running belt. Then apply the silicone oil to the running board. Start the machine and let it run for 3 minutes without using it(i.e.do not stand on the machine). It is recommended to do this after every 30 hours of use. This can extend the lifetime of parts.

Safety Instructions of Yescom Folding Treadmill

The Folding Treadmill can make you enjoy sports at home, but to avoid any injuries, please ensure you read the safety instructions carefully before operating the treadmill.
For safety purposes do not stand on running belt when starting the machine.
Please increase or decrease speed slowly.
Do not start the machine when it is folded.
Please clip the safety key on your clothing during use.
Please make sure the running belt is fastened before using.
Do not place any objects on the running belt or the treadmill itself.
Please turn off machine and unplug after using.
Children, elderly, pregnant women, patients recovering from injuries or surgery are prohibited to use the machine.
Please put the machine on flat ground. It is unsuitable to put the machine at following places:
Outdoors.(Our treadmills are specially designed for indoor use only)
Slanted ground or slanted places on balcony.
Sunlight area or in or around water / sources of heat & avoid placing the treadmill on thick carpet.
Please store the machine in a dry room with constant temperature. Do not put the machine near wet objects. Errors may occur if item gets wet.
Assemble and operate the treadmill on a solid, level surface. Locate the treadmill a few feet from walls or furniture. Check the unit before each use and verify that all fasteners are secure. Always maintain the treadmill in good working condition.

I lost the safety key to my Treadmill. How can I get a replacement one?

We currently do not sell safety keys for treadmills separately, but may do so in the future according to our customer needs and feedback. If you lost the key, please kindly reach out to our customer service team and we would love to help check with our warehouse or supplier if there are extra safety keys available.

The belt of the Treadmill runs backward

This is because the red and black wires connected between the motor and the lower control are inserted upside down, the red wire should be on the top, and the black wire should be on the bottom. If the two wires are inserted backwards, the belt will run backwards. The solution is to unplug the two wires and re-insert them in the correct position.When unplugging the wires, please press down the small iron piece in the middle of the wire to easily pull it out.

Treadmill Troubleshooting: ERR Error Code

ERR means "safety key not placed on the yellow area of panel". Please make sure the safety key is put on the panel. If it still doesn't work, please follow the troubleshooting below to see if the problem can be solved:
1. "ERR" will appear if the wire between the keyboard and the control panel board is damaged or loose. To solve the problem, disassemble the control panel and check the wires. If the wire between the keyboard and the panel control board are loose or disconnected, plug them back in tightly and the problem will be solved.
2. Check the places where the upper and lower "connection wires" are connected at the handrail and the pole. If a wire in the connection wires is broken, it may cause "err", then the connection wires need to be replaced.
3. Unplug the connector and check if the pointer inside is bent, if it is bent, "Err" may appear. Just straighten the pointer with your fingers or with the help of a tool.

Can you put a treadmill on the carpet?

The best thing to put under the treadmill is a rubber treadmill mat. This will help reduce noise and vibration, while keeping the treadmill stable and wicking up any moisture. A recycled rubber mat will also be indent free and won't curl up at the edges.

The remote that comes with the treadmill is not pairing and won't work.

Please note that the remote control that comes with the treadmill is already paired by default, and no need to pair again. After installing the treadmill and putting the safety key, the treadmill can be used directly. Unless there is no pairing or a new remote control is replaced, then you can pair it according to the manual or video.
Attached are the user manual and the specific pairing operation video. Please follow the steps strictly to pair and use.

When the Treadmill remote control battery is installed, is the positive side up or down?

1. The battery when installing, is positive side up or down? There is no photo indicator in the remote to verify.
2. When holding the "-" and "M" button, do you start the machine during the 6 seconds or after the 6 seconds after holding the buttons?
