What Free Shipping Offer refers to?

Free Shipping offer refers to Free UPS Ground Shipping for USA Shipping Addresses excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

Shipping Policy

Domestic orders will be processed the same business day if your payment is completed by 12:00pm PST/2:00pm CST/3:00pm EST. We cannot guarantee same-day shipment particularly if your Bill To address is different from your Ship To address but we will do our best to expedite your order. International packages will normally ship within two business days as we need to verify your payment details. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and major U.S. holidays will ship on the following business day.

We may ship each product separately from different warehouses, as we utilize alternative warehouses across the Continental United States.

Most orders are shipped via UPS or US Mail, p.o. Box address (PO Box) is not accepted. Very small or light orders are shipped First Class mail in padded envelopes or small boxes. This ensures that they will fit into your mailbox. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation is used for larger or heavier packages. Delivery time for Priority Mail is generally 2-4 business days, but the delivery time is best state but not guaranteed. Delivery time for First Class mail is 2-7 business days. Note that these are delivery times after it has been shipped. See above question for processing time.

 Return Policy

  • Returned items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection.
  • We recommend that you insure packages being returned for your protection, as customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment.
  • Returned merchandise that is damaged upon receipt will not be credited.
  • Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost.
  • Custom displays and customized products, including orders with custom text, imprinting or graphics are non refundable.

Special Note: Customers returning items that were received damaged, defective and/or miss-shipped products please call Customer Service at 1.626.336.2829 for resolution.


Return Procedure

  • Please review our Return Policy before completing these steps.
  • Standard Package Shipments (UPS/FedEx delivery):
  • Please contact us so an RMA number can be generated for your return.
  • Please fill out the return form completely and return it with your package.
  • Returns without a return form WILL NOT be accepted.
  • Failure to fill in all required fields will delay the processing of your return.
  • Freight/Pallet Shipments (including display cases):
    • Please contact us so an RMA number can be generated for your return.
    • Clearly write/label all sides of the shipment with the assigned RMA number.
    • Freight Returns will NOT be accepted without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package/crate.
  • Please allow 15 days from the date we receive the return for inspection and credit where due.

From November 23 through December 30, a limited number of UPS® Ground and UPS® Standard packages with transit times of three or more days, and with specific origins and destinations, will require an additional day in transit.

Prior to November 22, to determine whether your shipment will be impacted by the time in transit changes, use the Holiday Ground Impact Tool. Effective November 22, visit for the most up-to-date time in transit details at the time of shipping.

All UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 Day Select® packages shipped on December 21 will also require an additional day in transit.

Please keep in mind the last days to ship to ensure delivery before Christmas Day:

  • UPS 3 Day Select: Friday, December 18 (delivery on Wednesday, December 23)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Tuesday, December 22 (delivery on Thursday, December 24)
  • UPS Next Day Air®: Wednesday, December 23 (delivery on Thursday, December 24)
