Why does the color of water change before putting feet in the basin of Foot Bath Machine?

It is normal and the color will change even before you put your feet in, if you turn on the machine. There are always impurities in tap water, and electromagnetic waves ionize the substances in the water, showing different degrees of color change. The ORP (redox positioning) value of tap water is relatively high. For example, the OPR of tap water in China is +200mv, and the value reaches -700 to -800mv (usually called negative ions) after ionization, which makes it discolored. As long as the appliance is switched on, the ionization will start, and the color change cannot be controlled.

It is possible the water color does not change before use Foot Bath Machine?

If pure water is used, the water color will not change because the ORP value (redox positioning) of pure water is +50mv and the basic ORP value remains unchanged as +50mv after ionization. The disadvantage of using pure water is that it is too pure to affect the intended results of the ionization function. The ionization function would not be able to produce negative ions to neutralize the body's heavy metals, fat, and metabolites, etc. Therefore, it is not recommended to use pure water.

Foot Bath Machine is not working properly, the lights just blinking.

There are two reasons why the Foot Bath Machine has no voltage and amperage values and the "hand" and "leg" indicators are blinking:
1. Feet are not put into the water.
2. The steel plate of the wrist strap does not contact the skin well. The wrist strap is not worn tightly, resulting in no circuit being formed and the machine cannot work normally.
Solution(s):
1. Make sure the feet are put into the water.
2. Readjust the wrist strap. Make sure the metal plate on the wrist strap touches your skin directly, and the plug of the wrist strap is securely plugged.

The Foot Bath Machine makes a lot of noise/it keeps beeping and turns off.

This may be due to too much salt in the water or water quality problems, causing the machine to alarm and shut down. It is recommended to add water to reduce the salt content of the water or change water, and then restart the machine to try again.
