Ingredients: 
1lb. buttermilk pancake mix
3 cups buttermilk
3 large eggs
3 cups flour
4 oz. butter, melted
1 oz. basil, chopped
1 oz. mint, chopped
Directions:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until the paste is even and without any lumps. 
  2. Heat and oil your griddle. Pour your batter onto your heated griddle and shape into a four-leafed clover with a spoon or cloverleaf stencil. In 3-4 minutes, or when bubbles form, flip the cakes. 
  3. Add vanilla mascarpone, chocolate sauce, and fresh mint leaves to taste.
